TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
By booking a cruise or tour, you enter into a corresponding service agreement with LETO FINANCE LLC (Registration No. 303889-3301-LLC in the Kyrgyz Republic) (hereinafter referred to as the “Tour Operator”), which provides the services described below. These Terms, as well as any disputes that may arise between the parties, whether in court or through arbitration, shall be governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
PAYMENTS
A 100% prepayment serves as a guarantee that the cruise or tour will be provided to you on the dates you have selected. All payments are processed with the highest level of security (SSL encryption).
BOOKING PROCESS
Most bookings are confirmed immediately or, in some cases, within a few hours.
Upon confirmation, the Tour Operator will charge the prepayment from your card in accordance with the payment schedule applicable to each tour and will send you a confirmation, thereby completing the booking process.
If the tour is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you and offer alternative options. If you do not accept the alternatives, we will cancel the booking and refund your prepayment to your card. The refund will be credited to your account within 10 days, depending on your bank.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
To cancel a booking, please send a cancellation request via WhatsApp to +90 5075626998.
For group tour cancellations made 90 calendar days or more before the tour start date, a service fee of 25% of the prepayment amount will be withheld, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
For cancellations made less than 60 calendar days before the group tour start date, the prepayment is non-refundable.
For individual tour cancellations, the prepayment is non-refundable.
In the case of a “no-show”, the prepayment is also non-refundable.
A “no-show” is defined as failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified date and time stated in the tour program.
MODIFICATIONS
You may request a change to your cruise or tour booking by sending a request via WhatsApp to +90 5075626998 no later than 10 calendar days before the tour start date.
We will inform you whether the requested changes are possible and whether they will affect the total cost of the tour.
Unless the changes are accepted by us in writing, the original confirmed terms shall remain in effect.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, you are required to notify the Tour Operator via WhatsApp at +90 5075626998.
Upon arrival at the meeting point, you must present the following documents:
Electronic booking confirmation;
Passport or valid ID;
Proof of full payment for the tour.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
We act solely as an intermediary between yacht and car rental companies and clients. We do not own the yachts or cars offered for rent.
All yachts and cars are owned by third-party rental service providers.
We assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the rental of a yacht or car.
The Tour Operator is also not liable for any visa denial or refusal by government authorities to allow you entry into the country where the tour takes place.
DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Information regarding the processing of personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp at +90 5075626998 or by mail to the following address: 720064, Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Oktyabr District, 12th Microdistrict, Building 7, Apartment 54. We will make every effort to respond within 14 days.
